Same problem here, but it was working with Linux. Make sure Windows is updated. Make sure your card is working. Try uninstalling and deleting the drivers from within device manager.
The card is not detected, however windows make a sound when I retire the card. Refer to the Service Manual when performing hardware upgrades. I don’t know what caused it but the card started to work again. You can try to disable the card reader in the system BIOS, load Windows and then shut down and re-enable it to see if cad comes up as new hardware when you power the machine back on.
